TIM Online - Overview
T.I.M. The "Total Information Management" system from Network Waste Solutions enables you, the customer to access your waste management account online. This unique, custom-built system allows you to peruse through up to date statistics covering all aspects of your waste management account. You can view graphs and tables for tonnage figures, spending, recycling and disposal statistics. You can also browse through many electronic documents, including waste transfer notes, consignment notes, certificates of destruction, audits, surveys and much more. There are also areas to allow you to place orders, as well a contact form with a one-hour guaranteed response time.

Waste Collection Summary (Sites)
This Collection Summary screen allows you to view your company's waste management activity as text information, as broken down by individual sites. You can use the Search Filter toolbar to view information for a chosen site and time period. Clicking the button next to each row will expands the row to reveal further information, such as order reference numbers, links to the waste carrier's audit documents, and more. Clicking the green Total Cost field will open the invoice relating to the order.

Invoice Index
The Invoice Index enables you to easily access copies of your invoices online. You can either search the index for a particular sales invoice number (SIN), or display a list based on the date and paid status attributes that you can provide. To open an invoice, simply click on the green SIN number in the left-hand column of the table. The invoice will open in a new window.

Cumulative Weight By Month
This collection of charts illustrates the volumes of waste generated on a monthly basis, through a period of 12 months. You are able to change the month and year of the graph's end date, as well as the chart type (either a Line, Area, Stacked Area or Stacked Column chart), or to view waste data for an individual site.

Cumulative Weight By Waste
This collection of charts illustrates the volumes of waste generated, in comparison to other waste streams. You are able to change the month and year of the graph's data, as well as the chart type (either a Pie, Doughnut or Bar chart), or to view waste data for an individual site. You can also right-click anywhere on the chart to access an options menu, allowing you to toggle between 2D and 3D view, rotate the chart and 'slice' segments of the chart for printing.

Recycled vs Landfill
This collection of charts illustrates the ratio of recycled waste, against waste taken to landfill. You are able to change the month and year of the graph's data, as well as the graph’s units (either weight in tonnes or volume in cubic-metres), chart type (either a Pie, Doughnut or Bar chart), or to view waste data for an individual site. You can also right-click anywhere on the chart to access an options menu, allowing you to toggle between 2D and 3D view, rotate the chart and 'slice' segments of the chart for printing.

Site Comparison
This collection of charts illustrates the ratio between spend vs. the weight of waste vs. the volume of waste over a given time period, broken down by site. From this, you can compare sites to see who is spending the most money on waste disposal, and who is producing the most waste. You can use the options bar to change the chart's time span.

NWS Docs
The Network Waste documents section contains assorted document relating to Network Waste Solutions, including our legal documents, assorted templates and more. This section can also contain waste documents specific to your company, including site audits and plans, waste segregation posters, assorted customised order forms and more.

Service Order Form
The Service Order Form page allows you to conveniently place a service order via. e-mail. Simply complete and submit the form below your details, and your account manager will receive and process your order. This page also notifies you of your Account Manager and their contact phone number (where applicable).

This Collection Summary screen allows you to view your entire company's waste management activity as text information. You can use the Date Filter toolbar below to view information for a chosen year. The table shows your company's waste volumes and costs, broken down by site and waste stream. The statistics also show a breakdown into the amount of waste that was recycled or sent to landfill.
