To ensure we continue to deliver the best possible customer service levels, in 2017 Network Waste will launch a brand new internal CRM system along with a new accounting platform. As part of the seamless integration of these two new systems, the first in a series of company-wide training sessions has taken place to bring staff up to speed on the technology. Delivered by Network Waste’s internal Training Academy, the online training programme will be rolled out over the next few weeks.
In addition to improving customer service productivity, the new CRM and accounting systems will also streamline administrative and reporting processes. The updated systems are already in use by Network Waste’s parent company, Reconomy.
