Directors reacquire Network Waste Solutions

Just Hire UK Limited are proud to announce the acquisition of Greenstar NWS Ltd from its parent company Greenstar Environmental Ltd.

The business will trade under its previous name of Network Waste Solutions and the acquisition is seen as the first step towards becoming a key player in the UK waste brokerage and hire services market. This key milestone will provide the Network Waste Solutions customers with increased levels of customer service as the businesses directors look to place the business at the forefront of customer focused businesses in the sector. The directors believe that part of being customer focused is fully appreciating what is important to their existing and potential customers based upon economic change. Chris Dear (MD for Network Waste Solutions) explains, “I am aware that in the current economic climate customers are buying based upon price first and environmental credentials second. However, I have firm beliefs that as a waste broker we have the flexibility to divert up to 100% of customers waste away from landfill to guarantee cost savings. This flexibility means we have the ability to tick all the boxes for our clients. We have a team of dedicated individuals who understand customer service and added value as well as an in house IT team who can bring continued innovation to our clients. With all this in mind I believe that our customers will see an independent, flexible and first class service which will encompass all their needs”. To complement its national skip hire service Network Waste Solutions will be offering Total Waste Management Services as it had done prior to its relationship with Greenstar. There is also the opportunity for customers to utilize other hire services such as Toilet and Cabin Hire. The NWS portfolio boasts a comprehensive presence and service offering within the construction and shopfitting industry. Mark Garwood (Sales Director) explains his feelings for the success, “the innovation in disposal methods, increased recycling rates and cost savings have all contributed to our success in these markets. However, our online customer reporting tool (TIM Online) which is bespoke to the NWS business is where we bring increased value to that of our competitors. For customers to be able monitor trends on a site by site basis relating to the costs incurred, or the amount of waste which has been recycled as well as having access to a complete closed loop “cradle to grave” Duty of Care audit trail is revolutionary to the industry.” The NWS business is one that the existing Directors know well having launched the business some 7 years ago before its sale to Greenstar in 2007.
